ARM ERGOMETERS

Achievable Concepts has a number of arm ergometers for people with disabilities. We cater for the elite athlete as well as the home exerciser with a limited budget. These are ideal for hospitals, rehabilitation centres, physiotherapy centres, gyms and home. These can be used for cardio-vascular exercise as well as strength and endurance training.

 

Chattanooga Deluxe Exerciser
This is a great looking unit for the budget conscious. It can be exercise either the arms or legs. A range of hand grip options are available for people with weak or poor grip.

Colorada Cycle

This cycle has also been designed by people with spinal cord injuries. It is a slim, trim, power packed cycle for your on-the-move lifestyle and budget. It is great for people who don't need all the features of the Saratoga Cycle.

Handgrip Options suitable for Saratoga and Colorado Cycles
All handgrips have the Quick Exchange (TM) feature enabling you to switch hand grips quickly. Grips are padded for comfort and have protective collars to separate the hand grip area from the rotating crank-arm. This makes it ideal for hospitals and rehabilitation centres.


Standard Grip suitable for full or nearly-full hand grasp

Adjustable-Loop Handgrips suitable for partial hand grasp. Not recommended for complete lack of grip with straight fingers.

Grip Cuffs (same for left and right)
stronger and easier than traditional hand mitts, open sides make inspection and adjustment of finger position easy. Can be used with 2-Way Angled Hand grips or Limited Grasp Handgrips. EX07. $83

suitable for limited hand grasp with good wrist and finger range

The Monark Rehab Trainer can be used as either an arm or leg ergometer. Ideal either for home or hospital
